On September 4th, the 2024 National Electric Furnace Short Process Steelmaking Industry Development Seminar, hosted by the China Iron and Steel Industry Association, was held as scheduled in Shanghai. This conference is organized by the Metallurgical Industry Branch of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, the International Exchange and Cooperation Center of the Metallurgical Industry, and the China Iron and Steel Research Institute Co., Ltd. It is also co organized by multiple enterprises such as the All China Metallurgical Chamber of Commerce, Metallurgical Industry Press Co., Ltd., China Association for the Application of Scrap Steel, and Anhui Fukaite Materials Co., Ltd.

This conference attracted more than 250 representatives from enterprises, universities, and research institutions in the upstream and downstream of the electric furnace steel industry chain. As many as 150 participating companies and industry experts gathered together to express their opinions and speak freely.

During the meeting, heated discussions were held among all parties regarding the hot issues in the electric furnace steel industry. Anhui Fukai Special Materials Co., Ltd., as a co organizer, actively participated in the group discussion with the director of the technical center, Wu Zhenzhong, and shared the company's technological breakthroughs and application experience in electric furnace short process steelmaking. At the same time, in-depth exploration was conducted on the future development direction of the electric furnace short process steelmaking industry, which was highly recognized by the attending experts and peers.

After the meeting, the company also received a thank-you letter from the metallurgical industry branch of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, the organizer of the conference.
