The main research and development direction of Fukai Technology Center is advanced materials such as special stainless steel and corrosion-resistant alloys characterized by corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance. The achievements are mainly applied in the fields of oil extraction and refining, large-scale thermal power and nuclear power plants, aerospace, etc., achieving the localization of high-end metal materials. At present, we have 1 professor and professor level senior engineer, 5 senior engineers, and nearly 20 engineers.

Equipped with advanced equipment and software such as ZEISS metallographic microscope, multiple 0BLF direct reading spectrometers, HORIBR oxygen nitrogen hydrogen analyzer, carbon sulfur analyzer, impact testing machine, hardness tester, etc., the capabilities cover defect analysis, chemical and spectral analysis, gas analysis, high-low magnification testing, room temperature mechanical testing, non-destructive testing, etc. Based on the platform of Fukaite Materials Co., Ltd., the technology center has carried out various research and analysis work, with an annual investment of more than 10 million yuan in research and development expenses, and has achieved remarkable results. Has won 5 provincial and municipal science and technology awards and holds over ten invention patents. Super304H has been included in the 2017 National Key New Materials First Batch Application Demonstration Guidance Catalog, representing various national key high-tech products widely used in large-scale thermal power, nuclear power, aerospace and other fields.

06Cr25Ni20Si2W has excellent high-temperature creep resistance, and its high-temperature service life is significantly improved compared to traditional products. Dual phase stainless steel products such as S32205, S32750, and S32760 have a domestic market share of over 30%.

Next, the technology center will focus on super austenitic stainless steel, super duplex stainless steel, and nickel based corrosion-resistant alloys. Through exploring the behavior of materials in use, the center will study the ease of use, reliability, durability, life expectancy, and life extension measures of materials, and promote Fukaite Materials to become a first-class research and production base for high-quality stainless steel and special alloy materials in China, becoming the first choice for users to rest assured.
