Company Employee Code of Conduct
Chapter 1: General Provisions
Core values: Putting people first, winning with quality, resource collaboration, achievement sharing, innovation driven, pragmatic and efficient.
In order to regulate the behavior of the company and employees, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of both parties, and in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Law and its supporting regulations and rules, combined with the actual situation of the company, this set of rules and regulations is formulated.
Article 1: All employees of our company shall comply with the following regulations
(1) Arrive and depart on time, strive for timely completion of assigned tasks, and avoid procrastination or backlog.
(2) Obey the command of superiors. If there are different opinions, they should be politely communicated or stated in writing. Once the decision is made by the superior, it should be immediately followed and executed.
(3) Be loyal to your duties and keep business secrets confidential.
(4) Take care of our company's property, do not waste it, and do not turn public into private.
(5) Comply with all company regulations and work rules.
(6) Maintain the company's reputation and do not engage in any behavior that damages the company's reputation.
(7) Pay attention to your own moral cultivation and avoid bad habits.
(8) Do not engage in commercial activities related to the company's business or hold concurrent positions outside the company without authorization.
(9) To deal with people, one should have a humble attitude in order to win cooperation from colleagues and customers.
(10) Adhere to strict ethics and shall not accept gifts, bribes, or borrow funds from individuals or businesses related to the company's business.
Article 2: When an employee of our company causes damage to the company due to negligence or intentional actions, they shall be liable for compensation.
Article 3: Employees are entitled to leave on Saturdays, Sundays, and anniversaries every 8 hours of work. If necessary for work, the working hours can be appropriately extended in accordance with relevant government regulations. The extended hours are considered overtime and can be compensated with overtime pay or compensatory leave.
Article 4: The daily working hours of the management department may be predetermined and announced in advance based on seasonal changes. The daily working hours of the business department should be set as one shift or multiple shift based on business needs. If a day night shift system is adopted, all shifts must be adjusted once a week.
Article 5: When going to and from work, one should personally sign in or clock in, and should not entrust others to sign or clock in on their behalf. If there is a situation of signing or typing on behalf of others, both parties will be punished for absenteeism.
Article 6: Employees shall strictly follow the attendance requirements.
Article 7: The daily working hours of this company are set at 8 hours. If necessary for work, the working hours may be extended to 10 hours in accordance with relevant government regulations, and the extended hours shall be considered overtime. Except as provided in the preceding paragraph, due to natural disasters or seasonal factors, working hours may still be extended in accordance with relevant policies, but the total daily working hours shall not exceed 12 hours, and the total extended time shall not exceed 46 hours per month. The overtime pay shall be handled in accordance with the relevant regulations of the company.
Article 8: After work every day and on regular holidays, employees should obey the arrangements for duty and accommodation.
Article 9: Employees who request leave shall handle it in accordance with the following regulations
(1) Sick leave - Those who need treatment or rest due to illness can take sick leave, with a cumulative limit of 30 days per year. They can also take personal leave or special leave to offset the number of days that have not been fully recovered after the deadline, and will be given unpaid leave, but only for one year.
(2) Personal leave - For those who are idle due to personal matters, they can take personal leave, which cannot exceed 14 days in total per year, and can be offset by special leave.
(3) Marriage Leave - If I get married, I can take 3 days of marriage leave. If I get married late, I can take an additional 10 days. If my children get married, I can take 2 days.
(4) Funeral leave - For those whose grandparents, parents, or spouse have passed away, they can take 8 days of funeral leave; Grandparents or spouses who bear the weight of their grandparents, parents, or children who have passed away may take 5 days of bereavement leave.
(5) Maternity Leave - Female employees who give birth can take 90 days of maternity leave (including any weekly holidays during the leave).
(6) Public leave - For those who participate in government organized qualification exams (not based on employment), conscription, and elections, they can take public leave, which is determined according to actual needs.
(7) Public Injury Leave - Public injury leave can be requested for work-related injuries, and the leave will be determined according to actual needs.
Article 10: If the leave is overdue, except for sick leave which shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of the first paragraph of the preceding article, all others shall be treated as absenteeism. However, for those who are seriously ill and cannot be cured in a short period of time, and have been confirmed by a physician to be true, their sick leave may be extended by up to 3 months, depending on their condition, qualifications in the company, and service performance, and may be requested by the general manager for special approval. If the personal leave is overdue due to special or unexpected circumstances and a valid certificate is presented, the general manager may request special permission to extend the personal leave for a maximum of 15 days. If overdue, the previous regulations will be followed.
Article 11: The salary during the vacation period shall be paid in accordance with the following provisions.
(1) For those who have not taken leave for more than the prescribed number of days or have extended their sick leave, their salary will be paid during the leave period.
(2) Please pay the salary as usual for those on public leave.
(3) The salary for public injury leave shall be paid by the insurance authority in accordance with the Labor Insurance Regulations, and the company shall make up for the difference in their original income.
Article 12: Employees who take leave shall fill out a leave form and submit it for approval. For sick leave of more than 7 days, a physician's certificate shall be attached. For public injury leave, a certificate from a labor insurance hospital or a contracted hospital shall be attached. For deputy managers or above who take leave, as well as those who apply for special director's sick leave, they shall apply to the general manager for approval. For other personnel, approval shall be obtained from their immediate supervisors, and if necessary, authorization may be granted to lower level supervisors for approval. Anyone who fails to arrive without taking leave or without permission to take leave shall be punished as absenteeism.
Article 13: One day of absenteeism will result in a deduction of the same day's salary. If it is less than one day, the salary will be deducted on an hourly basis at a rate of 7 hours per day.
Article 14, Paragraphs 1 and 2 of Article 9 stipulate that the number of days of sick or personal leave shall be calculated from the expiration of one year from the date of registration of each employee. For those who have not taken sick or personal leave throughout the year, a one month no leave bonus will be given each year. For each day of leave taken, the bonus will be deducted by one day. For those who have taken sick or personal leave for more than 30 days, the bonus will not be paid.
Article 15: Employees of this company who have served for at least one year may be granted special leave in accordance with the following provisions
(1) For those who have worked for more than 1 year but less than 3 years, 7 days per year.
(2) For those who have worked for more than 3 years but less than 5 years, 10 days per year.
(3) For those who have worked for more than 5 years but less than 10 years, the deadline is 14 days per year.
(4) For those who have worked for more than 10 years, an additional day will be given for each full year, but the total number of vacation days shall not exceed 30 days.
Article 16: Special leave shall be implemented within the scope of not hindering work, and shall be arranged by each department according to the business situation, with each person taking turns to take leave days. If necessary for work, the employee may be asked to take a leave of absence at any time, and when the work is completed and there is less time for official duties, the employee shall make up for the required leave. But if it is necessary for work and cannot take a vacation by the end of the year, a bonus equal to the salary can be calculated based on the number of unused days.
These rules and regulations apply to all employees of the company, including management personnel, technical personnel, and ordinary employees; Including probationary and permanent employees; If there are other regulations for employees in special positions, follow their regulations.
Chapter 2 Labor Discipline and Employee Code of Conduct
Employee Code of Conduct: Love the motherland, love Fukai, abide by rules and regulations, love the job, be honest and trustworthy, be good at learning, forge ahead, unite and cooperate, be civilized and polite.
Article 1: Employees must comply with the following attendance and resignation system:
(1) Go to and from work on time, without being late or leaving early;
(2) If fingerprint attendance is not possible due to special reasons such as business trips, missed or incorrect typing, it must be signed by the department manager or supervisor to be valid;
(3) If there is something or illness, one must ask for leave from the department manager or supervisor and must not be absent from work without reason;
(4) To apply for leave, one must fill out the "Leave Application Form" in advance and attach relevant proof (sick leave should be accompanied by a doctor's certificate). If necessary, one should call or entrust someone else to apply for leave in advance, and complete the leave procedures as soon as possible after work;
(5) Those who are late or leave more than 30 minutes early once will be punished with personal leave;
(6) Those who fail to complete the procedures for taking leave, renewing leave, or making up for leave and are absent from work without permission shall be punished as absenteeism;
(7) Employees who resign for any reason should submit a "Resignation Notice" to their department manager or supervisor one month in advance. Resignation during the probationary period should be notified in writing one week in advance;
(8) The resignation of an employee shall be approved by the department manager or supervisor. After the resignation is approved, the handover procedures shall be handled with the "Resignation Notice" issued by the Human Resources and Administration Department.
Article 2: Employees must abide by the following work rules and professional ethics:
(1) Dedication to work, diligence in work, and obedience to the company's lawful and reasonable normal transfers and work arrangements;
(2) Strictly abide by the company's various rules and regulations, as well as the job responsibility system;
(3) During work, be loyal to your duties, do not slack off, do not engage in personal work, do not wander around, do not play or joke around, do not make loud noises, etc., and fulfill your duties and responsibilities to do your job well;
(4) Develop good and healthy hygiene habits in daily life, do not spit everywhere, do not litter cigarette butts and other items, and maintain a clean and hygienic company environment;
(5) Eating and smoking are not allowed except in designated places and times.
(6) Take care of public property, use company machinery, equipment, tools, and materials carefully, and do not steal, embezzle, or intentionally damage company property;
(7) Advocate for increasing revenue and reducing expenses, opening up sources and cutting costs, conserving water and electricity, and strictly prohibiting the waste and private use of public property;
(8) Maintain good interpersonal relationships within the company, be united and friendly, and refrain from unreasonable behavior, fighting, spreading rumors, and causing trouble;
(9) Care about the company, maintain the company's image, and dare to fight against behaviors that damage the company's image and interests.
(10) Start working immediately after working hours and do not linger after work unless there are special matters;
(11) During working hours, it is generally not allowed to receive guests or make personal phone calls, except with the permission of the department manager or supervisor due to unforeseen circumstances;
(12) Comply with the company's confidentiality system and shall not disclose the company's trade secrets;
(13) The principle of employee attire should reflect a good mental outlook. Male employees should dress neatly and clean, and are prohibited from wearing slippers, vests, or track pants. Female employees should dress elegantly and appropriately, without heavy makeup or makeup, and are not allowed to wear camisoles or sandals alone.
